Italy has put forward its own cuisine as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
A candidacy that does not concern only recipes, but everything behind them: the people, the everyday gestures, the agricultural products and the quality of the raw materials.

As OP Latium, this proposal concerns us closely.

We produce extra virgin olive oil following criteria of traceability, quality and sustainability. Behind every bottle there are stories of olive growers, techniques handed down, innovation and respect for the environment.
This too is what makes Italian cuisine unique: the strong connection between territory, seasons and local supply chains.

Supporting the candidacy of Italian cuisine also means valuing agricultural work.
It means recognising that a good dish is born from a quality oil, from responsible farming, from a food culture that starts from the land. You can discover the result of this work in our shop.

OP Latium stands alongside this candidacy. Because cuisine is culture. And culture, for us, is something we cultivate.
