This large-scale association allows us to guarantee both quality and sustainability in olive oil production throughout Lazio. As an Organization of Olive Oil Producers, OP LATIUM also operates with its own direct production force.
A few kilometers from the Eternal City, in the heart of Sabina and Tuscia, you will find our three olive mills, modern facilities that we directly manage in the heart of a land famous for its millennia-old olive-growing tradition, a heritage derived from the agronomic knowledge of Ancient Rome.
