Sabina D.O.P. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sabina D.O.P. is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Carboncella, Leccino, Raja, Frantoio, Olivastro, Moraiolo, Olivago, Salviana, and Rosciola olive varieties. The olives intended for the production of Sabina D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil must be produced in the Sabina region, an area ideal for producing olive oil with the qualitative characteristics outlined in the production regulations. Sabina D.O.P. olive oil has a clear green color with golden reflections, a fruity flavor with bitter, spicy, and aromatic notes, making it excellent for raw use.

100% Italian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our Made in Italy organic extra virgin olive oil is certified organic. For its production, no synthetic chemicals are used (fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, or genetically modified organisms – GMOs). Additionally, our olive oil is also certified according to UNI EN ISO 22005/07 traceability standards and adheres to the “100% High-Quality Italian” discipline, which establishes strict product and system requirements in accordance with current regulations.
The traceability program promoted by Unaprol guarantees quality and safety along the entire supply chain, from the field cultivation stage to the transformation and packaging process. The cultivation, harvesting, processing of olives into oil, storage, and packaging processes are all certified by a third-party entity.

100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our 100% Made in Italy extra virgin olive oil is certified and traceable according to the UNI EN ISO 22005/07 traceability standard and adheres to the “100% High-Quality Italian” discipline, which sets strict requirements for both product and system compliance with current regulations.
The traceability program promoted by Unaprol ensures quality and safety throughout the entire supply chain, from field cultivation to transformation and packaging. The processes of cultivation, harvesting, olive processing, storage, and packaging are all certified by a third-party entity.

ROME IGP OLIVE OIL

Rome IGP Olive Oil is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Itrana, Frantoio, Carboncella, Leccino, Moraiolo, Caninese, Salviana, Rosciola, Marina, Sirole, Maurino, and Pendolino olive varieties, with a minimum of 80%. Other varieties are allowed up to a maximum of 20%. Olives intended for the production of Rome IGP extra virgin olive oil must be produced in the designated municipalities known for high-quality olive oil production, as outlined in the production regulations.
Rome IGP Olive Oil has a color that varies from green to golden yellow over time.

TUSCIA D.O.P.

Tuscia D.O.P. is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Frantoio, Caninese, and Leccino olive varieties, which must be present at a minimum of 90%, either individually or together. Other varieties are allowed up to a maximum of 10% within the olive groves. Olives destined for the production of Tuscia D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil must be produced in the designated municipalities of the Tuscia region, renowned for high-quality olive oil production as outlined in the production regulations. Tuscia D.O.P. Olive Oil has a color ranging from emerald green to golden yellow, a fruit-forward flavor, and a fresh, fully ripened aroma. Tuscia D.O.P. is a versatile and harmonious oil, pairing perfectly with many dishes in Italian cuisine.

CANINESE MONOVARIETAL

Italy boasts the world’s largest olive variety heritage, with approximately 500 different cultivars. Our monovarietals of Frantoio, Leccino, Carboncella, Itrana, Rosciola, Canino, and Raja best express the sensory characteristics of each olive variety.
