OP LATIUM, by integrating the technical expertise acquired over years of activity, has promoted the creation of two agricultural companies that operate under its direct control.
Both companies actively manage numerous olive groves, often recovered from abandonment, operating under different agricultural regimes: LATIUM BIO: Organic farming OLIVETI DEL LAZIO: Integrated production for certified high-quality oil and olives
The availability of selected land within the group, characterized by different pedoclimatic conditions and varietal compositions, also provides the opportunity to conduct experimental trials on innovative agronomic techniques and technical tools.

Established in 2016, Oliveti del Lazio Società Semplice Agricola is headquartered in S.P. Pascolare, 87, Palombara Sabina (RM). The company manages approximately 120 hectares of olive groves, mainly recovered from abandonment and cultivated according to modern agronomic methods. The production system prioritizes the use of mechanical and agronomic techniques that reduce or replace chemical substances where possible. This approach reduces environmental impact on agroecosystems, ensuring greater agricultural sustainability.
