OP LATIUM is the largest organization of extra virgin olive oil producers in Lazio.

More than 6,000 olive farms and cooperatives work alongside us to ensure the daily oversight of all production phases of the region’s finest Extra Virgin Olive Oils; our members and technicians are always present, from the cultivation of olive trees in the field to the production and packaging of oil and olives: only in this way can we be sure to guarantee the best to those who choose our products.

Just a few kilometers from the Eternal City, in the heart of Sabina and Tuscia, are our three mills, modern facilities that we manage directly in the heart of a land famous for its millenary olive-growing tradition, a direct legacy of the agronomic wisdom of ancient Rome.

And so, thanks to our widespread presence, our technical expertise, and above all our boundless passion for work done to the highest standards, we offer consumers only the best of Lazio’s oil and olive production, while at the same time guaranteeing the protection of a unique agricultural landscape and the full environmental, social, and economic sustainability of olive growing.
