The Organization of Olive Producers LATIUM directly manages three modern processing, storage, and oil packaging plants, located within the production areas of Sabina DOP, Tuscia DOP, and Roma PGI olive oils.
The availability of selected land within the group’s farms, characterized by different pedoclimatic conditions and variable varietal compositions, also provides the opportunity to conduct experimental trials on innovative agronomic techniques and technical means.
