OP Latium, in collaboration with the Sabina PDO Consortium, is running an integrated polyconic vase olive pruning course on 11–12 and 15–16 April
OBJECTIVES
Provide updates on olive growing and crop techniques
Gain professional skills in pruning
TARGET AUDIENCE
The course is aimed at individual growers and sector technicians.
HOW THE COURSE RUNS
Sessions, structured as four field practical meetings on different situations, run in parallel with essential theory to develop olive cultivation techniques correctly and comprehensively.

A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the course
