You are invited to attend the extraordinary general meeting of the members of Organizzazione di Produttori Olivicoli Latium Cooperativa Agricola, of which you are a member, to be held at the “Colli Sabini” Facility, First Floor, Quadrivio di Quirani snc – Palombara, on first call on 15 October at 9:00 PM, or on second call, should the quorum not be reached, [i]on 16 October at 6:00 PM[/i].
On the agenda:
1) Merger by incorporation of COLLI SABINI Soc. Coop. and FARFENSE Soc. Coop. into OP LATIUM Soc. Coop. Resolutions and consequent matters;
2) Appointment of the supervisory body pursuant to art. 31 of the Bylaws.
