As set out in PAN Legislative Decree 150/2012 art. 12 and in Ministerial Decree 4887 of 3/03/2015.
Sprayer equipment in use that undergoes a functional inspection from 1 January 2021 onwards will need to be inspected after 3 years rather than after 5 years.
For new sprayers, the functional inspection remains mandatory within the fifth year from purchase.
