OP LATIUM is completing the training path for olive oil tasters by organising the training course of 20 tasting sessions.
Anyone who has already obtained the physiological suitability certificate can take part in the 20 sensory-testing sessions required for registration in the National Register of Technicians and Experts of Extra Virgin and Virgin Olive Oils.
The sessions will be held from 15 June to 15 July at the registered office of OP LATIUM at Via Raffaele Piria, 6 – 00156 Rome (Rebibbia area).
