Unaprol, in collaboration with Coldiretti, Evoo School Italia and Campagna Amica, will run the space dedicated to Extra Virgin Olive Oil during Vinòforum, scheduled in Rome from Friday 11 to Sunday 20 September 2020 at Parco Tor di Quinto – Ponte Milvio area (Via Fornaci di Tor di Quinto, 10).
Vinòforum hosts over 600 Italian and international wineries, star chefs, restaurants, wine bars and food businesses, with the aim of promoting our country’s agri-food culture.
Following the great public success of the previous edition, a fully-fledged oleoteca with a course room will once again be set up, hosting seminars, events, guided tastings, EVO Oil tastings and food-and-oil pairing events.
