From 22 to 26 May 2023, Fondazione Evoo School, in collaboration with Unaprol – Consorzio Olivicolo Italiano, will start the 13th course for virgin olive oil tasters authorized by the Lazio Region, in a new “INTENSIVE” format.
The course will issue the physiological suitability certificate, an essential requirement for registration in the National Register of Expert Olive Oil Tasters.
