Last night in Rome, in the splendid setting of Palazzo Rospigliosi, the training path for the new Technicians and Experts of Virgin and Extra Virgin Olive Oils organised by OP LATIUM came to a close.
Having successfully completed the week-long physiological suitability course, the aspiring tasters took part with great dedication in the 20 official tasting sessions required for registration in the National Register of Technicians and Experts of Extra Virgin and Virgin Olive Oils.
It has been a long journey of discovery into the world of oil, which reached its first milestone yesterday with the presentation of certificates of participation by President David Granieri and Head Panel Leader Nicola di Noia.
