Last night in Rome saw the conclusion of the cycle of twenty certified tasting sessions organised by OP LATIUM, allowing aspiring olive oil tasters who had already obtained their physiological suitability certificate with us to complete their training path.
President David Granieri, together with our Head Panel Leader Nicola di Noia, presented the certificates of participation to the new tasters, who now hold all the requirements to be registered in the [i]National Register of Technicians and Experts of Virgin and Extra Virgin Olive Oils[/i].
Our sincere congratulations go to all of them: the world of oil needs skilled professionals and passionate people to win the challenge of quality.
