All suppliers ensure the supply of certified olives/olive oil in compliance with ISO 22005:2008 standards, through Accredia-accredited certification. All the oil is certified to guarantee its Italian origin (Cultivation and processing in Italy). All movements are documented throughout the production phases, from agricultural processing to bottling, in digital traceability systems made available to public authorities and subject to regulatory controls.
