Saturday, May 7, at the Teatro Rivellino of Tuscania (Vt) there will be an event dedicated to the knowledge of a fascinating subject, always more raising the interest of consumers: the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The title of the initiative is “Let’s speak about olive oil” and the partecipation of several subjects is expected, including the University of Tuscia, the Municipality of Tuscania, the Lazio Region, the Boscolo Etoile Academy and OP LATIUM.
Many interesting interventions are scheduled starting from 15:30; in particular, the President of OP Latium David Granieri will talk about the quality of the product and of the essential role of the technical assistance to olive growers supplied by organizations like OP LATIUM.
After the conference, in the foyer of the Theatre, olive oil experts collaborating with OP LATIUM will hold some guided oil tasting for all who wish to learn the basics of sensory analysis to experience and recognize directly and personally the most significant characteristics of the extra virgin olive oils.
