Our second level course for professional olive oil tasters ended yesterday evenig in Rome, at the stunning Palazzo Rospigliosi.
The aspiring tasters, after having obtained the Certificate of Physiological Suitability for Tasting in the first level course, completed all the 20 official oil tasting sessions thus now can they be registered in the national roll of professional olive oil tasters.
It has been a long journey, but a big goal has been achieved: congratulations to you all.
