On September 22, 2016 from 09:30 to 13:00 hours at the operational headquarters of the SOC. COOP. AGRICOLA. CESARE BATTISTI of Vetralla (VT) in S.S. CASSIA, 34 INT1, a technical-training meeting will be held dedicated to the olive mill technicians and to the bottling / packaging operators of OP LATIUM working with extra virgin olive oil.
The course, organized by OP LATIUM and conducted by experienced professionals, is aimed to provide theoretical and practical updates about the proper technical management of the production, storage and packaging of the oils. During the course useful elements related to the sensory analysis of the virgin olive oils will also be furnished.
