Professional oil tasting panel

A Professional oil tasting panel has been established by OP LATIUM with the aim to assess the organoleptyc charachteristics of virgin and extra virgin olive oils.

Our Panel is accredited by the Italian Ministery for Agricolture (Decree N. 0003132 dated 05/06/2017) and it is enrolled in the official ministerial list of the professional tasting panels.

The tasters composing our panel are enrolled in the National register of the Virgin and Extra Virgin Experts and Technicians. The panel leader, dr. Nicola di Noia, coordinates the panel and is responsible for its work. Each test is carried out by a group of at least 9 tasters under the guidance of the panel leader.
