{"id":6569,"date":"2016-07-21T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-07-20T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.oplatium.it\/complimenti-ai-primi-assaggiatori-di-olio-formati-da-op-latium"},"modified":"2026-08-22T21:56:10","modified_gmt":"2026-08-22T19:56:10","slug":"complimenti-ai-primi-assaggiatori-di-olio-formati-da-op-latium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.oplatium.it\/en\/complimenti-ai-primi-assaggiatori-di-olio-formati-da-op-latium","title":{"rendered":"Congratulations to the first olive oil tasters trained by OP LATIUM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The training path for [b]virgin olive oil tasters[\/b] organised in Rome by OP LATIUM came to a close on 15 July.<br \/>\nThe trainees, who had already obtained the [b]physiological suitability[\/b] certificate by attending the [url=http:\/\/www.oplatium.it\/news\/2016\/02\/29\/il-primo-corso-per-assaggiatori-di-olio-organizzato-da-op-latium-si-e-concluso-con-successo\/107.asp]first course[\/url] held from 23 to 27 February, completed their training by taking part in the [b]20 sensory-testing sessions[\/b] required for registration in the National Register of Technicians and Experts of Extra Virgin and Virgin Olive Oils.<\/p>\n<p>During the sessions, more than 60 oils from all over Italy were &#8220;tasted&#8221; and discussed, in order to hone each participant&#8217;s skills and technical ability so they could be called on to take part in professional panel tests.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to all the new tasters who, during these hot June and July days, always showed enthusiasm and great passion.<\/p>\n<p>This activity is carried out by [b]OP LATIUM[\/b] as part of a campaign funded with the contribution of the European Union and Italy, EU Reg. 611\/14, Activity 4, Action 4F &#8211; 2nd Year 2016-2017.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"wp-content\/uploads\/wpallimport\/files\/20160721122520.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The training path for [b]virgin olive oil tasters[\/b] organised in Rome by OP LATIUM came to a close on 15 July.
