Free from sensory defects.<br \/>\n&#8211; [b]virgin[\/b] virgin olive oil, with free acidity of at most 2% and other physico-chemical characteristics conforming to those set for this category. Median of defects up to 3.5.<br \/>\n&#8211; [b]lampante[\/b] virgin olive oil, with free acidity above 2% and other characteristics conforming to those set for this category. Median of defects above 3.5.
